Dangerous Driver

Van registration YG07UNK decided indicating was not necessary and nearly caused a crash. Crossed over road markings which led to the Mersey tunnel without indicating into a tiny gap had plenty of opportunity prior to this to change lanes but decided to do so once the lanes had split. Then sped down a road before braking harshly again nearly causing a crash. This driver is lucky they haven’t killed anyone yet. Doesn’t seem it’s the first time either. Disgusting behaviour
